Yesterday I ate 914 calories. I've been so busy with college and projects that I really don't have time to exercise. I am craving the treadmill at this stage! I'll try sort something out ASAP :)

HSGD Day 9: 800 Calories
1314 calories... Oh noes! Yesterday was pancake Tuesday here in Ireland. I felt obliged to indulge! Regret it so much now though. I'll get beck on track today.

HSGD Day 8: 900 Calories
I ate 896 calories yesterday and burned 257 which I was pretty happy with. Not much to say but good day overall :)

HSGD Day 7: 1100 calories
Yesterday I had 1054 calories which was good but I did not plan my day very well. I got up late and had brunch and then picked at snacks for the rest of the day which filled up my calorie intake but not my stomach! I'll plan better from now on! Do you ever have days like these?!

HSGD Day 6: 1100 calories
Yesterday I had 954 calories which was ok. I didn't get to exercise :( I'm going for a run later though for sure :) My weight on the scales isn't changing at all which really is frustrating so I think I'm going to stay away from the scales for a few days and work my ass off to try and lose some pounds and hopefully I'll see some results.

HSGD Day 5: 950 calories
Yesterday was a bad day :( I knew it was going to be but I didn't realise it would be so bad! I didn't plan it properly and ended up going over my calorie intake. I had 1011 calories. I also went out last night and had lots of alcohol and fries after which did NOT help. I attempted to go on the treadmill yesterday before I went out but my toe(which is very sore from my 10 miles a few days ago) went against me and was just too sore. I think I need new running shoes. I only managed to run for a few minutes, burned 50 calories all the same! I'm going to try to make up for it today by going for a run. I know I can eat 1100 calories but I'll try and minimise that. HSGD Day 4: 1000 calories
First of all, I did no exercise AT ALL today which I'm annoyed about. My legs are just too sore from yesterday! I ate 993 calories which was good. Next Thursday I'm starting Bikram yoga which I am SO excited about. I know people who have done it and hated it but I'm ready for the challenge! I think it must be an amazing feeling, sweating so much! My weight is still the same :( I HOPE it drops in the morning...Goodnight :)
