It is currently 7:30 at night and I've finished eating for the day! I keep track of my calories with the MyFitnessPal app. According to it, today I've eaten 837 calories which is pretty good. I also burned off 300 calories on the treadmill. For my first day, I'm pretty happy with that. I'm very motivated to lose this weight this so I can't wait to see the results at the end :D
