Today was a great day! I walked/ran 9.7 miles which felt amazing. If I had time to do it everyday I would! I ate 931 calories today. I don't mind going over by 31 calories because after my walk/run I think I deserved them! I don't think I've lost any weight yet though :/ I better start to lose something soon or I think I'll just get annoyed! I wont give up but I hope I see some changes soon. Tata for now :)
