HSGD Day 5: 950 calories

Yesterday was a bad day :( I knew it was going to be but I didn't realise it would be so bad! I didn't plan it properly and ended up going over my calorie intake. I had 1011 calories. I also went out last night and had lots of alcohol and fries after which did NOT help. I attempted to go on the treadmill yesterday before I went out but my toe(which is very sore from my 10 miles a few days ago) went against me and was just too sore. I think I need new running shoes. I only managed to run for a few minutes, burned 50 calories all the same! I'm going to try to make up for it today by going for a run. I know I can eat 1100 calories but I'll try and minimise that.
