First of all, I did no exercise AT ALL today which I'm annoyed about. My legs are just too sore from yesterday! I ate 993 calories which was good. Next Thursday I'm starting Bikram yoga which I am SO excited about. I know people who have done it and hated it but I'm ready for the challenge! I think it must be an amazing feeling, sweating so much! My weight is still the same :( I HOPE it drops in the morning...Goodnight :)
